Ghee-toasted bread is a simple yet delicious snack or breakfast option. 

Here’s how you can prepare it:

  • Slices of bread (white, whole grain, or your preference)

Instructions:

1. Heat the Pan: 
  • Place a non-stick or cast-iron pan on medium heat. Allow it to warm up slightly. 
2. Spread the Ghee: 
  • Using a spoon or a brush, spread a thin, even layer of ghee on one side of a bread slice. 
3. Toast the Bread: 
  • Place the ghee-coated side of the bread on the heated pan. While the first side toasts, spread ghee on the other side.

4. Flip and Toast: 
  • Once the first side is golden brown and slightly crispy, flip the bread and toast the other side until it reaches the same texture.
