Avocados are versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, from salads and sandwiches to guacamole and smoothies.   Simple recipe for avocado toast that are quick and easy to prepare: Ingredients: 2 ripe avocado 2 slices whole grain bread Salt and pepper to taste Red pepper flakes (optional) Lemon juice  1 onion, chopped  1 tomato, chopped Olive oil (optional) Instructions: 1. Toast the bread slices to your liking. 2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, olive oil (if using) and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. 3.
