Simple Roti recipe - Cooking at home

The Roti is traditional flatbread from the Indian subcontinent.  It is normally eaten with cooked vegetables or curries. Utensils used for making roti: 1. Rolling Pin (Belan): Used to roll out the dough. 2. Rolling Board (Chakla): A flat board where the dough is rolled out. 3. Tava (Griddle): A flat or slightly concave pan where the roti is cooked. 4. Parchment Paper or Cloth: Sometimes used to prevent sticking when rolling out the dough. 5. Roti Box: A container to keep the rotis warm and soft after cooking. 6. Pastry Brush: Optionally used to brush oil or ghee on the roti while cooking. 7. Tongs or Roti Turner: Used to flip the roti while it's cooking. 8. Storage Container: Used to store flour and other ingredients. Roti (Indian flatbread) recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups whole wheat flour Water (as needed) Salt (optional) Instructions: 1.
