Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine rice)
  • 1-2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes or chili powder (optional, for spice)

1. Prepare the Rice: 
  • Cook your rice (or use leftover rice).

For rice cooking:
  • Rinse the rice under cold water.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring water or broth to a boil.
  • Add rice and salt, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes (white rice) or 35–40 minutes (brown rice), until tender. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
