- Gradually add warm water while mixing until it forms a soft, pliable dough. Knead well for 3-5 minutes.

- Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat.
- Place the roti on the hot skillet, apply water, and cook for 30 seconds.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes
- Flip again and gently press the edges with a cloth or spatula to puff up the roti.
