Avocado toast - Simple recipe

Simple recipe for avocado toast that are quick and easy to prepare:


Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocado

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon juice 
  • 1 onion, chopped 
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.

2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, olive oil (if using) and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

3. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a bit of heat, if you like.

4. Add chopped onion, chopped tomatoe, chopped cilantro if using Mix everything well.
